Step 1 - Before you begin, make sure you apply a base coat over your clean toenails. This will prevent your nails from getting stained by the polish.

Step 2 - Dip a thin brush in the white nail polish, and draw a slightly curved line on the big toe. Starting from the bottom left corner, make a diagonal line that meets the top right corner. Don't worry if the shape isn't perfect.

Step 3 - Now you need to fill the area above the line you just made. Use the same white nail polish to do so. It's alright if the polish goes over the cuticle and your skin; we will clean the area in the end.

Step 4 - Next, take a blue nail polish and paint the rest of your toes properly. You can apply 1―2 coats depending on your preference.

Step 5 - Once the white polish on your big toe has dried completely, apply the same blue nail polish over it (cover the white with the blue).

Step 6 - After the polish has dried completely, dip a clean thin brush in the black nail polish. Apply small dots at the edge of the blue polish on your big toe.

Step 7 - Apply tiny dots at the tip of the remaining toenails. Next, once the polish has dried properly, use a Q-tip dipped in nail polish remove to wipe away all the mistakes.
