For a wide awake and fresh look for summer, you have to pick up Tarte Emphaseyes Inner Rim Brightener. This multitasking pencil liner gently glides along the lower inner rim and inner corner of eyes for a wide-awake effect. It can also be used to highlight the brow bone to give brows added shape and definition. Although most people use white eyeliner for this effect, the nice thing about Tarte’s Emphaseyes, is that it is a peachy color so it is less dramatic than using white eyeliner. The product is very creamy, goes on smooth, lasts all day, and isn’t irritating to the eyes. The only negative thing about the product is that because it is so creamy, if you expose too much product, it will break off easily and waste the product.
